
VIBEaudio.co.uk Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your item:
If you are not completely satisfied with you item you have the right to return it for a full refund within 7 working days of taking receipt of delivery.
The item must be returned to VIBE Audio in its original condition, at the buyers expense. It must be securely packaged in an outer carton with its original packaging and all included parts, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards etc that were originally supplied with the product in good condition.
Prior to returning your item please e-mail our customer support team (info@vibeaudio.co.uk) so they can advise you of our full returns procedure and issue a returns authorisation number, to ensure we can handle you return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once we have received your product and processed your return we will issue an e-mail confirmation and refund you the purchase amount in the original payment form within 30 days.
For faulty / defective items
If your item purchased from vibeaudio.co.uk develops a fault within the warranty please contact our customer support team by e-mail and we will be happy to arrange a repair or replacement item: info@vibeaudio.co.uk
The length of warranty varies from product to product, so please check the product listing or the product manual for full details.
If you purchased your VIBE product from another retailer or website please return the item to the original point of purchase.
