1.    You will be expected to pay the cost of returning the item to us. Items need to be sent back to us via an insured and recorded method as we except no liability for items lost in the shipping process.
2.    We will not replace consumable items. IE fuses etc.
3.    We will not repair or replace any product which has been damaged or does not work due to misuse or incorrect fitting.
4.    You must take reasonable care of your product. We will not repair or replace any item which has been abused. Items which are misused or damaged intentionally have no cover.
5.    Please do not attempt to repair or modify you product. We will not rectify any work which has been carried out by somebody other than our authorised service engineers.
6.    We will not repair or replace any product which only has cosmetic damage.
7.    We will not repair or replace any product which has been damaged by an external source. IE water.
8.    You cover is valid for three years from the point of purchase and can only be used once.
9.    In order for the cover to be valid the item must be purchased within the last six months (and validated with a till receipt). You cannot buy warranty for an item that you have not yet purchased.
