VIBE Car Audio products brought from unauthorized dealers are not covered under VIBE Audio’s 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty (regardless of any claims made by these sellers):

In the past we have seen examples of un-authorized dealers and websites selling:

• Illegal Counterfeit Copies 

• Stolen Goods

• Damaged VIBE products, repaired with low quality components and sold on as new

• 2nd Hand VIBE Products at the end of their life

• Payment taken, but no goods ever being delivered

VIBE Refurb Store

VIBE products sold in the “Referb store” section of the VIBE website are end of the line products, refurbished goods or items with minor cosmetic damage. All products from the VIBE refurb store have been expertly serviced by VIBE R&D, using genuine parts and tested to ensure they are in good working order. 

Items brought from the VIBE refurb store include a 30 day warranty which covers the parts only. Any damage caused by incorrect use or fitting will not be covered by this limited warranty. If you sell the item on after purchasing from the refurb store then the warranty is void.

Please read the product listing for refurb items very carefully. Many items in the refurb store have minor cosmetic damage and may not be suitable for use in show cars. Return due to cosmetic damage to items purchased from the refurb store will not be accepted.
