What is covered?
Warranty applies only to VIBE audio products sold to consumers by authorised VIBE Audio dealers in the United Kingdom. Products purchased by consumers from authorised VIBE dealers outside of the United Kingdom are covered only by that country’s distributor.

Who is covered?
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of VIBE products purchased from an authorised VIBE dealer in the United Kingdom. For a list of authorised internet retail stores go to www.vibeaudio.co.uk. In order to claim warranty the purchase must provide VIBE Audio with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, authorised dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a product deemed to be equivalent at Vibe’s discretion.

What is not covered?
  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operation, water or theft.
  2. Any costs or expenses related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
  3. Repair service performed by anyone other than VIBE’s repair department.
  4. Any product which has had the serial number removed, altered or defaced.
  5. Any product purchased outside the United Kingdom.
  6. Any product not purchased from an authorised VIBE dealer.

Equivalent Limit / Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some dealers do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorised to assume for VIBE Audio any other liability in connection with the sale of the product.
